Returns within the cooling-off period (right of withdrawal)

When you, as a consumer, make a purchase through our webshop, you are entitled to a statutory reflection period of 14 days after receiving the product (in accordance with the Distance Selling Act).
You can cancel your purchase within this period without giving a reason . After notification of cancellation, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

Conditions for returns:

• The product may be viewed and tested indoors.

• The product must not show any signs of use or damage .

• Products showing signs of external use, assembly, or damage may be rejected or only partially refunded.

Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for paying for returning the order. You are free to choose your own carrier for returning the product. Please ensure the shipment is properly packaged and includes a completed RMA form .

All our products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty , unless otherwise stated with the product.

If your product becomes defective within this period:

• Please return the defective product to us (at your own expense).

• We will take care of repairs or, if repair is not possible, a replacement.

• We will cover the costs of resending it to you.

Please note: Damage caused by drops, water, or misuse is not covered by the warranty.

Right of withdrawal – detailed information

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the product.

You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

Consequences of revocation

After you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days .

We will refund you using the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the product within 14 days of notification of withdrawal. You are on time if you send it before this period expires.

Cancellation of order

Has your order already been shipped? You can still return it after receipt according to the conditions stated above.
