We use Cookies to support and improve our Site and our Services (including to remember your actions and preferences), to perform analytics and to better understand user interactions with the Services (in our legitimate interest to operate, improve, and optimize the Services). We may also allow third parties and service providers to use Cookies on our Site to better tailor the services, products, and advertising on our Site and other websites.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies by default, but you can set your browser to remove or reject cookies within your browser settings. Please note that removing or blocking cookies may negatively impact your user experience and may cause some Services, including certain features and general functionality, to not function properly or become unavailable. Additionally, blocking cookies may not completely prevent how we share information with third parties, such as our advertising partners.
Email and Mailing Lists
Klaviyo
Our website uses Klaviyo to handle emails and send newsletters. All confirmation emails and web forms are sent through Klaviyo's servers. Klaviyo will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. You'll find an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. Your personal data is stored securely by Klaviyo.
Gmail
We use Gmail (Google) for our regular business email communications. This provider has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse and data loss. Gmail does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email communications confidentially.
Payment Processors
Klarna & Stripe
We use the Klarna and Stripe platforms to process payments. They process your name, address, and payment information (such as your bank account or credit card number). These parties have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data and reserve the right to use your data to improve their services. In the event of a deferred payment request, they may share data with credit rating agencies. They will not retain your data for longer than legally permitted.
Reviews
WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews through the WebwinkelKeur platform. When you leave a review, you are required to provide your name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so we can link the review to your order and publishes your name on their website. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate security measures to protect your data.
